Swindon Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the bathroom modernisation programme to properties within the Swindon Borough Council housing stock. The contractor will be required to undertake works such as: — the removal of existing facilities, — the supply and installation of new bathroom facilities, — general bathroom modernisation and minor repairs, — Making good to the structure and finishing’s internally and externally as required. The initial contract period is for 3 years with and an option to extend for a further 1 year.
