Who Speclialist Work With The supplier will be working with the Civilian HR Business Teams, an In-house Developer, User Researcher and Delivery Manager. What Specialists Work On This is part of the wider Government Digital Transformation strategy. The key objective of this being to replace outdated paper HR forms with a modern digital service. The role of the Business Analyst is to work with our business teams in reviewing the backlog of forms, confirming the continuous need for the form and content. The Analyst will be required to document the findings in readiness for digitalisation. This will improve customer experience through digitised service enabling a reduction in current administrative burden. Where the Work Takes Place It is anticipated that the work will be undertaken in Bristol, at MOD DBS Abbey Wood North but there may be some travel to other MOD sites. Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements The Analyst will be expected to work a 5 day week alongside the Business Team. Provide evidence of (minimum of 2 years) having excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate complex delivery matters simply and clearly to non-technical colleagues. Provide evidence of (minimum of 2 years) having excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, up to senior management level.
