Tender description
To deliver services specifically for life science businesses, or those trying to develop the same. Newcastle Laboratory, located at Science Central in Newcastle upon Tyne, is a bespoke design and build commercial facility offering approximately 90 000 square feet of high quality laboratory and office spaces to life science and innovation businesses. The Council requires a highly qualified and professional Contractor to offer a bespoke programme of business acceleration services and support, tailored to the sector. The contract will last for a period of approximately 10 months, with Newcastle Laboratory (recently branded as “The BioSphere”, as the focal point). The Contractor will deliver a bespoke accelerator programme for commercial life science businesses, tailored to the market over a period of 10 months.
