Refurbishment and Construction Works at One Sekforde Street

The Catapult has a requirement for a contractor to complete works to first and second floor space at its offices at Sekforde Street, London. The Catapult is seeking to appoint a single contractor with relevant experience of projects of similar size and value, who will play a proactive and positive role as a member of the project team, co- ordinate with the client's facilities as appropriate and build the project safely, efficiently, to programme and cost. The Catapult is looking for a Contractor who has exceptional Health & Safety records. The Catapult has high standards for construction safety and is committed to a safe and accident free construction project. There are two areas of work: the first floor and the second floor open office spaces. The second floor office space must be completed by 30th November. The first floor office space must be completed by 14th December. Tender documents are to be requested from procurement@futurecities.catapult.org.uk. Completed tenders are to be returned before the deadline of 12pm on Friday 26th October 2018.
