Loft & Cavity Wall Insulation and Associated Upgrade Works

Tender description

Bromford is seeking to upgrade loft and cavity wall insulation at 1377 properties at various locations within Bromford's operational area (list of sites is provided as attachment (Appendix 1) and split into Lot 1 - Midlands and Lot 2 - South). The objective of the works is to improve overall energy performance of these dwellings. The list of Sites is split into two lots by geography: Lot 1 - Midlands includes sites with the following postcodes: B10 to B98, CV7 to CV47, DE13, DY2 to DY14, NN3, NN6, NN11, ST1 to ST19, SY1 to SY13, TF1 to TF13, WS3 to WS15 and WV1 to WV16. (951 assets in total). Lot 2 - South includes sites with the following postcodes: BS16, GL1 to GL56, HR1 to HR9, OX16, OX26, OX3, SN2 to SN16 and WR2 to WR12. (426 assets in total). Bidders can choose to tender either for a single Lot 1 or Lot 2 or for both lots. If a Potential Contractor is bidding for both lots then it is required to submit separate responses to Part 3 - Minimum suitability criteria, Part 4 - Quality Element and Part 5 - Price Schedule of this ITT for each lot. Bromford reserves the right to award either both lots to a single contractor or each lot to two different contractors based on the most economically advantageous solution. All Works are required to be completed by no later than 31st March 2019.
