Vision 360 is an add on service to the Vision clinical system which is used by the majority of GP practices in Cardiff. It allows multiple practices and teams to share a patients clinical record and share an appointment system. The Health Board have approved the single tender to the roll out of the health board funded schemes placing physiotherapists and mental health nurses in practices.
