Kitchens and Bathrooms Replacement

Tender description

Three contracts are available, for the supply and installation of replacement kitchens and bathrooms for Uttlesford District Council. The contracts are split into three lots of which the maximum you can tender for is two. The contract is worth £480,000 per year, initially for five years with an option to extend for a further four years thereafter. The homes are primarily occupied. Replacement kitchens and bathrooms are often replaced when properties become void, being re-let and these works are carried out by the Responsive Repairs and Void Property Maintenance Contractor, however there are may be times when we are looking for more support and to have the flexibility to call on additional contractors when needed will be advantageous.
