Leeds has as ambition to deliver housing growth of a high standard in all sectors. The adopted Core Strategy sets the strategic framework for the delivery of housing growth through a spatial strategy and a series of housing and design policies. To support this delivery, Leeds City Council wishes to commission an organisation to provide a range of housing intelligence, specifically: • Provision of strategic housing research; • Completion of Housing Market Assessments (HMA); • Advice and intelligence work, as requested, to support the delivery of housing growth across a range of housing markets, types and tenures. The activity undertaken as part of this commission will support Council decision making linked to the provision of new housing.
