Nottingham City Council are seeking a suitably experienced organisation to deliver a disagreement resolution service, mediation advice and a mediation service for children and young people aged 0–25 years, with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and their families. Disagreement resolution services are available to parent/carers and young people for disagreements about any aspect of SEND provision. Mediation advice and mediation services are for parent/carers and young people with an Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessment and/or plan, who are considering lodging an appeal to tribunal. We are looking to establish a single supplier framework agreement which will be used by 9 local authorities across the East Midlands Region (Derby City, Derbyshire County, Leicester City, Leicestershire County, Lincolnshire County, Northamptonshire County, Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire County, Rutland County). We are looking to establish a single supplier framework agreement which will be used by 9 local authorities across the East Midlands Region (Derby City, Derbyshire County, Leicester City, Leicestershire County, Lincolnshire County, Northamptonshire County, Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire County, Rutland County). The framework agreement will be in place for 3 years from 1.5.2019 with potential to extend for a further year. The contract value for the framework is estimated to be 177 340 GBP per annum.
