Tender description
On 20 November 2018 DWP released Enhanced Local Flexibility for the Unemployed Programme (OC20S18P1232). As a result the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the “Council”) is seeking expressions of interest from economic operators to work with us, at risk, to co-design, develop and deliver the Kirklees Council response to the European Social Fund, Enhanced Local Flexibility for the Unemployed Call which if successful would be part funded through European Social Fund (“ESF”). We are looking to work with partners on the following basis: 1. Delivery Partners. 2. Specialist Providers. A variation has been agreed in order to build in the flexibility to extend this Contract, should the Council be successful in its application to the ESF for additional funding, to 31 December 2023.
