Construction of 10 number residential dwelling units The Units comprise of the following: • 1 No. Single Storey Detached 2 Bedroom House • 1 No. Single Storey Detached SN 3 Bedroom House • 2 No. Single Storey Semi-Detached 2 Bedroom Houses • 6 No. Two Storey Semi-Detached 3 Bedroom Houses The development is an infill one utilising greenfield lands. There is an existing footpath and road to the front of the development. All permanent and temporary works in connection with the construction of the 10 in no. houses (as described in the Form of Tender), including proposed site works, drains and connections, sewers, connections, paving, walls, fences etc. as per Contract Documents.
