CITB is undertaking a transformation programme which will substantially transform the way it supports the construction sector within Great Britain. A key element of this change programme is the appointment of an enabling partner to support the transformation programme and deliver a variety of back office services currently provided in-house enabling CITB to focus on its core purpose. These back office services include but are not limited to finance and payroll, business improvement, human resources procurement and customer operations including customer contact centre and apprenticeship learner support and administration. CITB require a supplier/consortia to undertake the role of an Enabling Partner to support the initial and ongoing transformation of the organisation. The Enabling Partner will be expected to provide the following back office services: — finance and payroll, — procurement, — human resources, — business improvement and IT, and — customer operations including contact centre and apprenticeship learning support and administration.
