Tender description
The Council require one contractor to deliver roof and pointing works at Waring Green Community Centre, Brighouse. The works consist of the reroofing of the areas above the main entrance, kitchen, and art rooms involving the removal and replacement of valley gutters and roof glazing. Pointing to the chimneys will also take place as part of the project. Please see the attached schedule of works for full details of the work required.
