Service and Repair of Commercial and Domestic Boilers for Richmondshire District Council

Tender description

Richmondshire District Council have a requirement for a suitably qualified supplier to carry out preventative programmed servicing as well as reactive maintenance and repairs across the councils commercial and domestic heating systems. There is a requirement for this contract to provide 24hrs call-out service for emergency breakdown and repairs. The scope and award of this contract will be for the successful bidder to be solely responsible for the council's commercial boiler maintenance until April 2019 while also providing an ancillary service to the councils Domestic Heating and Boiler Contract currently provided by Help-Link. This contract is in place until the end of March 2019. It is the intention of the Council to re-tender the Help-Link contract which will include both the Commercial and Domestic element of heating systems. The process is being conducted through ProContract (www.procontract.due-north.com) In order to partake in this opportunity, please 'express interest' and after a short delay of up to 24 hours you will be forwarded to the 'Invitation to Tender' stage. Deadline for expression of interest is 12 noon Friday 23rd February 2018. Deadline for Submission is 12 noon Friday 9th March 2018.
