Reactive and Planned Maintenance Works contract including planned multi trade minor works up to £100,000

We are looking to reprocure our Reactive and Planned Maintenance Works Measured Term Contract including Planned Multi-Trade Minor Works up to an individual order value of £100,000. At this stage we are still making final decisions, we would however like to understand the interest from the market. Therefore at this stage this is just an advert to ascertain the market and level of interest. This is NOT a formal procurement process at this stage, however this is likely to happen in the next 1-2 months. We are likely to procure for a term of 36 months + 12 months. Our estimated value is around £4,800,000 over the course of the 4 year contract. However it is important to note that this is a Call off contract based on a reactive requirement. Also whilst we are including an element of minor works projects, the council will reserve the right to procure some projects elsewhere. Keywords: maintenance
