Tender description

All documentation is available at www.yortender.co.uk. The Council are looking for a contractor to carry out annual servicing and maintenance of the Council's roller shutters across its Estate. The Contractor shall carry out the Services in compliance with the Service Specification in a manner that will maintain the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the Council's roller shutters and deliver effective planned and preventative maintenance thus improving uptime and plant life expectancy. The Contractor shall pay particular attention to the requirements of the Specification.
