The Council is seeking to appoint a consultant for the provision of consultancy services for a review of the market for employment provision and to assess the suitability and achievability of employment sites from a market and business perspective in East Northamptonshire District and Kettering Borough. Only those bidders should request a copy of the Invitation to Quote (ITQ) documentation and then submit a proposal, if they have the resources necessary to complete all aspects of the ITQ. Please note the procurement and project key timescales and deadlines that you will be expected to fully observe: 1. Invitation to Quote Issued - 30th January 2018 2. Deadline for Clarification Questions - 12 noon on 9th February 2018 3. Deadline for Quotation Responses - 1700 hours on 16th February 2018 4. Quotation Evaluation - Week commencing 19th February2018 5. Contract Awarded - Week commencing 19th February 2018 6. Inception Meeting - Week commencing 26th February 2018 7. Deadline for Draft Report - 29th June 2018 8.
