Planned Preventative Maintenance and Provision of Emergency response in respect of Lift Services across Huntingdonshire District Council

Tender description

The Council is letting a contract to a contractor to provide periodic maintenance and on-call support for the Lifts across Huntingdonshire District Council premises. These include the councils Headquarters at Pathfinder House, Operations Division at Eastfield House, Multi Storey Car Park within Huntingdon and 2no. One Leisure sites (One Leisure Huntingdon and One Leisure St Ives). The contract duration is from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2021 (One Leisure Huntingdon to start 21st September 2018). The Council uses an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with potential suppliers. No hard copy documents will be issued and all communications including submission of your tender will be via the Portal (Due North).
