Derby City Council's IT Services Department rana tender exercise for the Supply and Installation of ICT Network Cabling, Repairs and Communication Services to Derby City Council and its Arm's Length Management Organisations (ALMO); Derby Homes Limited, Connect Derby, Libraries & Museums. We have regular requirements for cabling work across most ALMO sites, Council run buildings and at the main Council House. The awarded Supplier will be required for a variety of cabling work and implement to agreed timescales during the contract. In some instances the Supplier will be required to work collaboratively on projects alongside other third parties. A call-off cabling contract will allow IT Services to resolve connectivity issues with IP telephone or PC devices promptly to avoid staff being unable to work. The contract will allow for the installation of new network points within a fixed time period. The contract will enable IT Services to provide quotes for projects in a timely manner without the The contract will be managed by DCC IT Services.
