The opportunity to develop this scheme has been brought to Wirral Partnership Homes (Developments) Limited by Mulbury Homes Limited. The scheme will provide a mixture of 230-250 affordable rent, shared ownership and open market sale homes. Wirral Partnership Homes (Developments) Limited (“Devco”) intents to enter into a development agreement (“DA”) with Mulbury Homes (“Mulbury”) and associated land transfer documents. The DA concerns the development of land which will be sold by Mulbury to Devco at Carter House Way, Widnes WA8 0WR (“Site”). The DA obliges Mulbury to develop approximately 230-250 homes on the Site which will be transferred in stages or on completion to Devco. There is to be a mixture of open market sale homes and affordable housing (as defined in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended).
