Tender description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Contracting Authority intends to put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Construction Works to be utilised by eligible Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations. It is intended that this commercial agreement will be the recommended vehicle for all Construction Works projects required by UK Central Government Departments. The Framework is for the provision of Construction Works Solutions readily accessible. By eligible Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations. A formal Lot structure will follow the commencement of further market engagement. The anticipated framework duration will be up to 48 months with a possible extension to this period by 3 further years.
