Building services planned preventative maintenance including testing, servicing and maintenance to various E.C.C. Corporate Property sites. To include: Fixed gas / oil installations , boilers and associated plant Air conditioning systems and AHU's, louvres and duct work Fan extraction systems Co monitors Power factor systems.
