Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) acting as the Central Purchasing Body (CPB) is coordinating the establishment of a framework of suppliers on behalf of the Contracting Authorities listed in Appendix 3 of the Tender Documents, (the “Framework Purchasers”).The purpose of this competition is to establish a Multi-party Framework Agreement for the procurement of Bitumen Emulsion Supplies and Services to the Framework Purchasers (the “Framework Agreement”). Lot 1 is for the supply only of Bitumen Emulsion Products. Lot 2 is for the supply and Spraying of Bitumen Emulsion Products.
