Tender description

TfL intends to consolidate the use of asset management systems across TfL. The initial focus shall be on consolidation in London Underground to support a pan LU asset operations team. The services and contract procured as part of this procurement process shall be scalable to support the consolidation vision across TfL and may include extension of the AMIS System to Surface Transport, London Overground, Docklands Light Railway, and other parts of TfL during the Term. The procurement details are as set out in the Contract Notice and supporting documentation. **TfL Clarification supplier day 18th December 2018** Please register your attendance by 10am on 18th December on the ProContract portal including up to three named individuals who will be attending. Failure to register your attendance by this deadline should not preclude you from attending but may cause delays to accessing the building. Location: Transport for London, 14 Pier Walk, London, SE10 0ES. Time: 2-3.30pm. Please arrive with photo ID of your attendees from 1.30pm in advance of a 2pm start.
