Tender for Cloud Hosted Financial Management System

Tender description

The Councils are seeking a suitably experienced supplier to provide a hosted financial system. The value identified in this notice is split between the Councils named in the procurement. It is a combination of estimated implementation costs and an annual price for the maximum 15 year contract term. Interested bidders are asked to note the Mandatory Criteria available in the Specification before making a decision on whether or not to submit a tender. Bidders must be able to meet those mandatory criteria in order to be eligible to tender for this requirement. Bidders are also asked to note that in addition to those Councils jointly procuring this contract, the following additional Councils are eligible to make use of the ensuing contract: Blaby District Council: value within the overall contract value is £600,000 Oadby and Wigston District Council: value within the overall contract value is £375,000 Hinckley and Bosworth District Council: value within the overall contract value is £585,000 All Councils named in this procurement reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of software licences they require during the term of the contract as their business need changes.
