Tender description

CPI will establish a multi supplier Framework Agreement with a range of specialised suppliers for the ongoing supply of valves, fittings, maintenance and spare parts. In accordance with procurement legislation, CPI has assessed that the requirements of this tender can be fulfilled by dividing this exercise into lots. The items have been categorised into lots which cover a grouping of similar products. CPI will require a wide range of valves which comprises of: stainless steel valves, PFA, ball valves, needle valves, vernier valves, pressure relief valves, stainless steel tubing and braided hoses. CPI will require a wide range of maintenance spares for our engineering and maintenance team. We will require spares such as: bearings, mechanical seals, o-rings, bushes, tapelock, connectors, nipples, gaskets, clamps, adaptors, belts, grinding discs, ferrules and reducers. CPI will also require the supply of additional spare parts and consumables such as: clips, analogue pressure gauges, angle brackets, warning signs, position switches etcetera. CPI also have a need for tooling to be supplied across our various platforms, so we can help to provide tools to be utilized by our engineering and maintenance teams across all sites. CPI will require a wide range of electrical spares for our various platforms in order to operate effectively on a day to day basis.
