YPO are looking at the possibility of procuring a nationwide framework for Managed Service Providers in Temporary Labour. YPO are a public sector buying organisation that creates frameworks for a variety of services and products. Public sector organisations can utilise our frameworks to meet their requirements. Over the last 4 years YPO have had a framework in place for managing all consultancy services, we want to ensure that the new solution we put in place supports both YPO customers and provider. We are seeking to undertake early supplier engagement with providers to understand the key elements of the market and the need for a nationwide framework agreement for temporary labour. We are interested in exploring different ways of delivering temporary labour for different public sector market segments such a local authorities, emergency services, housing associations, NHS trusts and central government organisations. We would like the opportunity to speak to organisations that can deliver: — a managed service for temporary labour (MSP), — general delivery of temporary labour, — ad-hoc recruitment support requirement. We are aware that most public sector organisations don’t just procure temporary labour independently so we are also interested in understanding the wider workforce management solution and any “add on” services that could compliment the delivery of temporary recruitment, such as permanent recruitment, statement of work, payroll, employee benefits, people management (absence management, discipline and new starters/leavers), employment checks, employee development, risk auditing and HR software solutions.
