Registrar's Online Systems Expressions of Interest

CBMDC Registrar's Office is looking for an online system for booking appointments and recording contacts with customers to replace the existing paper based system. The initial stage of this exercise is pre-procurement engagement to assess the state of supply of suitable systems. This document summarises the service's requirements. CBMDC Registrar's Office anticipates entering into a five year contract. CBMDC Registrar's Office is undertaking this pre-procurement engagement exercise to establish the state of supply for systems which are capable of administering Registrar service. Following pre-procurement engagement the Council will decide whether to proceed to a full procurement exercise for a Registrar's system. Suppliers who return the EOI may be requested to attend CBMDC Registrar's Office for a question and answer session with the Registrar's Office staff and to demonstrate their systems.
