QU171 - The Provision of non-calibration CO monitors, associated mouth pieces, d-pieces and distribution to Birmingham GP and Pharmacy premises - AWARD

Tender description

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of non-calibration CO monitors, associated mouth pieces, d-pieces and distribution to smoking cessation GP and Pharmacy service providers across Birmingham. Currently there are a variety of CO monitors being used within GP and Pharmacy smoking cessation services. The aim is to replace all current monitors with new monitors that do not require calibration, testing or maintenance (for at least 5 years), along with associated mouthpieces and d-pieces. The provider will be expected to supply all items on the following list and delivery these to 119 different locations within Birmingham: • 80 (number) Bedfont PiCO smokerlyzer • 80 (number of boxes) Steribreath mouthpieces for Bedfont PiCO smokerlyzer (boxes of 250) • 80 D-pieces for Bedfont PiCO smokerlyzer This contract will be for a period of 2 years commencing 01 12 2018 until 30 11 2020 with the option to extend for a further 1 year depending on performance and the ability to provide ordered deliveries on time.
