Mould and Condensation Treatments in KNH Homes

Tender description

Quotations are invited by Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing (“KNH”) from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of initial mold and condensation treatments. The tender is divided into two Lots. We are seeking to appoint one contractor per lot. One contractor to carry out works in the North area of Kirklees and one contractor to carry out works in the South area of Kirklees. The first placed tender will be given the choice of either North or South. The second placed supplier will be allotted the remaining area. This Contract is planned to commence early January 2019 and will last approximately 6 months with an additional 6 month extension option available to performing suppliers.
