Tender description

The City of Bradford MDC requires one Contractor to design, plan, manufacture, transport, install, wire and commission a double horizontal scissor lift (goods only) for the raising and lowering of stage equipment, up to and including 5 tonnes in weight. This is to replace the damaged equipment still in operation in situation at the Alhambra Theatre. Please visit www.YORtender.co.uk to download and submit the tender documents. This is to replace the damaged equipment still in operation in situation at the Alhambra Theatre. The application will be a like for like of the existing equipment with added features and to comply with current standards and use. It is to be situated in the existing pit and the removal of the existing stage lift should be taken into account when quoting. The site is a theatre and should any building works be required, plans should be made to minimise the risk of any dust.
