Tender description

The Council purchased an IT system to manage environment and property services in 2016 from Technology Forge. Due to the investment and integration of this system, the Council are looking to continue use of this IT System for 1 year, +1, +1 extension. The Council do not require a replacement system, but wish to continue with annual support and maintenance of the existing TF Cloud system and this VEAT notice covers the purchase of this on-going support. The Council has invested in bespoke development of the system which is unique to Bradford and not available anywhere in the market. Any alternative system procured would require the Council to reinvest again to develop the bespoke requirements to meet our needs. The continued use of the bespoke DLO module(s) are critical to Bradford Council Technical Services service delivery.
