Tender description
This project involves a number of alterations to a former supermarket and first floor office accommodation to include alterations and additions to existing building, amend the internal layout throughout the building and construct a new 2 storey entrance lift well to rear of building. Carry out alterations to the existing on site car park along with associated ancillary site works as per the works requirements (see Volume A) This contract was awarded to Jada Projects Ltd, Moyhill, Maurices Mills, Ennistymon, Co. Clare.
