Tender description

This Contract incorporates the construction of a Mens Shed and includes the following works: (a) Securely fencing off site and installation of Substructure (b) To design/supply/construct the superstructure (c) Comply with all safety and health legislation (d) Prepare programme of works and method statements (e) The provision and installation of all electrical system (f) To arrange for Fire Safety Certificate to be prepared and all necessary components/fittings to be supplied and fitted in shed (g) Installation of foul sewer (h) Installation of 50mm ESB duct and Eircom duct (i) The reinstatement of all areas affected by the works (j) Complete all works in the documents (k) Any other works that may be required.
