Tender description

Network Rail Infrastructure Projects SNE (LNE and EM) is seeking to establish a framework (NR3 measured term) to supply project support services. 3 Framework Agreements will be awarded covering the project support services as follows: — programme management (planning and programme controls services), — project management, — risk and value management, — engineering and site support (e.g. construction management). The Framework Agreement will be for an initial term of 2 years with the option to extend for 2 additional periods of 2 years (1 + 1). The proposal is to appoint 3 suppliers for the framework with each supplier being able to provide resources for all the services listed in II.1.4 each with an NR3 (Measured Term) Agreement, with a contract order form call-off process and mini-tender. The Framework Agreement will be for an initial term of 2 years with the option to extend for 2 additional periods of 2 years (1 + 1).
