WM Housing Group is currently on a journey to completely transform its operating model over the next 3-5 years. This ambitious programme includes the following thematic areas of change; o Brand and Group Amalgamation o Organisation Wide Lean o Service Development o Digital Transformation o Customer Service o Organisational Development Given the scale of the programme outlined above we recognise that we need to support our leaders and managers to deliver such large-scale change effectively. In order to provide the appropriate supports for our leaders and managers to better understand the leadership challenges of change, we would like to commission a leadership development programme specifically to support the first 4 tiers of management to effectively lead this transformative change. o Executive Leadership Team - 4 members o Senior Leadership Team - 19 people inclusive of the 4 ELT members o Heads of Service - 29 members o Managers - 42 members If you wish to express an interest in this project please ensure you are registered and logged into our Portal.
