PURCH1627 Provision of window cleaning services. Framework Agreement for window cleaning to be supplied for the period of 3 years with the option to extend for 12 months. Tender documents available from Public Contracts Scotland. Tender returns should be submitted via Public Contracts Scotland, no paper copies will be accepted. Should paper tenders be submitted, they will be rejected. Further to this any questions or communications regarding individual tender exercises must be sent via the Public Contracts Scotland Portal. Tender queries received through any other channel will not be answered. The University of Glasgow seeks to engage suppliers to provide window cleaning services across various University campus locations. By visiting the sites, suppliers are able to appreciate the diversity of the building stock and the overall scale of the estate. Where site visits are mandatory, failure to attend these will result in exclusion from the tender process. 1) Mandatory Site Visit: 8.1.2019 — Gilmorehill Campus Site visit meet 9:30 at 1A the Square (Check with Main Gatehouse for directions) till 15:00; 2) Mandatory Site Visit: 9th January Garscube Campus and Accommodation site visit (mini bus will be provided) 9:30 at Garscube security till 13:30; 3) Optional Site Visit: Other Houses and Front Entrances Suppliers are able to view buildings in this lot from public areas therefore site visits are not mandatory.
