This public procurement competition relates to the provision of Information Technology (IT) solutions to assist the Central Bank in the management of its investment portfolio and monetary policy activities. In particular, the Central Bank requires IT solutions: 1) for measuring the Credit Risk of its holdings and 2) for measuring the Market Risk of its investment portfolio and 3) to assist with Strategic Asset Allocation decisions for its investment portfolio
