Tender description
West Lancashire Borough Council (WLBC) owns and manages almost 6 000 residential properties across the West Lancashire area. WLBC is looking to procure a single contract for the provision of responsive repairs to properties, works to void properties, the servicing and maintenance of gas installations and central heating systems, electrical testing and specified cyclical maintenance. WLBC will in due course issue a contract notice inviting Contractors to register their interest in this procurement opportunity and to complete and submit a selection questionnaire and appropriate financial information (Annual Accounts). This information will be used to select a group of qualifying Contractors to tender for these works, which are due to commence in April 2020.
