Online Stakeholder Engagement Facilitator for the Wellbeing Commission

The contractor will need to design and facilitate an online channel to which we can signpost stakeholders to share their views and experiences, and discuss the evidence presented in the interim report. This online resource might channel people to appropriate pages to assist with better analysis of data. Publicity material has been generated by the Commission team, and channels for disseminating tis material to our target population have been established. However, final definitions of data parameters will be agreed between the Commission team and the provider. The data would need to be collated in such a way that the Commission team can access high level analysis at regular intervals, either in the form of weekly reports from the contractor or through direct access to the online data by the Commission team. The provider will be responsible for; • Managing content • Hosting the online forum • Capturing data and information • Data analysis The data and any subsequent analysis will be owned by Health Education England It is anticipated that the online engagement forum would be live from 5th September to 30th October, following which a final data set will be made available to the commission team on or before 12th November.
