Lifts, skip hoists, hoists, escalators and moving walkways

Tender description

The Housing Executive requires the provision of a suitably qualified and competent Contractor to provide a comprehensive response and planned maintenance service (including supply, installation, removal, repair and a call out service) for a range of stair lifts, currently, and to be, installed in approximately 1 200 of the Housing Executive’s properties across Northern Ireland. The Service required will include, but may not be limited to the following items of work to the Housing Executive’s Stair lifts in domestic dwellings: — service and maintenance of all stair lifts current lifts and any stair lifts installed during the contract, — assessment and completion of any and all repairs to stair lifts, — replacement of worn and defective parts, — installation of new stair lifts or stored previously used stair lifts, — storage of stair lifts, — removal and disposal, or refurbishment and storage of stair lifts units. Response to call outs 24hrs/day, 7days/week which may be within very short lead times (i,e, 1 hour for emergency call outs) — Testing of stair lifts as directed by the Housing Executive, — any other duties required under this contract as will be provided for within the Specification.
