Tender description

The Council is seeking to procure a Hosted Web Based Property Market Information Solution which provides the following functionality as a minimum: • Access to a Property market database within 150 miles of Matlock, Derbyshire as set out in the business requirement section of this document; • The ability to search data using refined selection criteria; • The ability to export, create and save reports; • Access to past and current rental, sales and purchase data; • Access to past and current industrial, commercial, leisure and retail data; • Transaction data obtained from multiple sources; • Access to leasehold and freehold Property data; and • The ability to upload data relating to Properties available for lease or sale by or on behalf of the Council for marketing purposes.
