Housing and Housing Management - Mansfield - 15 Supported Living Tenancies

Tender description

The requirement is for a development in Mansfield for 15 tenancies to include 12 self-contained units plus one large unit to be shared by 3 tenants. The shared unit needs to be on the ground floor. All the ground floor units must be wheelchair accessible throughout. One additional flat for use by support staff will be required. The tenancies are required for 15 younger adults (16-65+) with care and support needs related to their Learning Disability, physical disability, mental health and who may display challenging behaviour. The Council is seeking a housing provider to make a proposal to meet this requirement based on a property which is fully available for purchase or lease at the time of making their bid or thereafter.
