London and Quadrant has a requirement for an energy management service to include provision of gas and electricity and associated back office services for the meters and accounts of the combined energy portfolio, including forward buying on the energy futures market and consultancy services as required. London and Quadrant has a requirement for provision of gas and electricity to its portfolio of common area property gas and electricity meters, and for an energy consultancy with strong utilities experience to provide this requirement by forward buying on the energy futures market and to also manage all back office administrative requirements such as bill validation and tariff checking and all other peripheral energy areas within the portfolio such as solar panels, electric vehicle charging points, ground source heat pumps, etc.
