Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers who are able to supply and fit a variety of ‘Domestic’ floor Coverings, excluding underlay. These will consist of carpets and vinyl. The successful supplier/s will be required to provide a quick turn around and be able to accommodate 2/4 a quick, unscheduled supply and fitting service to over 4 000 tenanted homes throughout the Borough of Rotherham. These will consist of carpet and vinyl coverings. The successful supplier will be required to provide a quick turn around and be able to accommodate a quick, unscheduled supply and fitting service to over 4 000 tenanted homes throughout the Borough of Rotherham. All floor coverings must be in accordance with the following: — all carpets are to be fitted in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions including floor preparations and adhesives, — the successful provider is required to provide agreed floor coverings and colour ranges as per accepted samples based on the specification below, — the Rotherham Furnished Homes team must approve any changes to floor covering and colour ranges which were not specified during this tender process, — door plates are to be provided to all rooms.
