Easthampstead House Demolition Project

Tender description

As part of future planning of Bracknell Forest Council services and as part of the wider regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre it is proposed that the existing Council staff and facilities, including the Council Chamber, will be relocated to Time Square to allow the demolition of Easthampstead House. Although it was the original intention of Bracknell Forest Council that the adjacent Library building and associated walkway link will also be demolished as part of this project no firm decision on this has been agreed at the present time. Organisations must register their interest on the South East Business Portal in order to receive any changes or notifications issued by the Council during this tender process. The Council will not be held responsible for lack of communication to any organisation who does not register their interest. Clarification questions can also be sent through that Portal.
