Tender description

This proposed works comprise two aspects of work, namely (A) Concrete Remedials & Repairs work to existing elements of the building and (B) Replacement of elements. Section A scope includes repairs to damaged concrete planters and other precast elements to the :- -South Façade; -Staircase to north elevation -Exposed Beams and -Slab Edges Section B comprises the removal of concrete balustrade sections (and brickwork as may be required to facilitate same) and replacement with new concrete balustrades and brickwork
