TC243 Framework Agreement for Horticultural Machinery and Services

Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for Horticultural Machinery and Services which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The Authority requires a Provider to supply, on both a hire and purchase basis, a range of Horticultural Equipment ("Equipment") together with any required parts and consumables ("Parts"). The Authority may also require the provision of full maintenance services in respect of hired Equipment, as more particularly detailed in the Specification ("Maintenance"). The Authority wants to ensure it has the most cost effective and functional equipment to meet its needs, and is looking for a Provider who it can work with to improve productivity in delivering horticultural services. Tenderer's should note that although this Framework Agreement is to be used and required by the Authority, this Framework Agreement is open to and may be used by other Association of Greater Manchester Authorities (AGMA), and Bolton Partners - this includes the following Authority's, Manchester, Stockport, Tameside, Oldham, Trafford, Rochdale, Bury, Salford, Wigan, Blackburn Darwen BC, Blackpool, Cheshire East, Warrington and Transport for Greater Manchester.
