Tender description

The purpose of this PIN is to give prior information to the market and establish engagement with providers prior to publishing a contract notice and tender documents in the first quarter of 2019. This is not intended as a call for competition. The intention is to create a framework for the provision of Courier Services to the Higher Education Sector both domestic and international which will replace the current framework which expires in June 2019. Domestic courier and parcel delivery services. The intention is to establish a framework for International Parcel and Courier Services for the UK Higher Education Sector. The purpose of this PIN is to engage with the market to determine the need for a specialist lot for the transport of Dangerous and Hazardous goods within the HE Sector.
