Tender description

Fusion21 is developing a Framework Agreement for the provision of painting, decorating and associated repairs services. The framework will provide a flexible and efficient procurement solution for Fusion21 Members (including but not exclusive to housing, education, health and wider public sectors) to save money and generate social value. This procurement exercise is inviting tenders from all interested organisations which meet the criteria set out in the tender documentation Painting, decorating and associated repairs services to the housing sector, covering all building types, including but not limited to: — houses, — flats, — bungalows, — sheltered accommodation and — communal areas. Services including but not limited to: — painting work, — painting work of buildings, — repainting work, — paint stripping work, — application work of anti-corrosive coatings, — surface protection work, — decoration work, — wall-covering and wall-papering work, — application work of protective coatings painting work of structures and associated repairs as required. Painting, decorating and associated repairs services to the education sector, covering all building types, including but not limited to: — nurseries, — primary schools, — secondary schools, — colleges, — universities, — offices and — student accommodation. Services including but not limited to: — painting work, — painting work of buildings, — repainting work, — paint stripping work, — application work of anti-corrosive coatings, — surface protection work, — decoration work, — wall-covering and wall-papering work, — application work of protective coatings, — painting work of structures and associated repairs as required. Painting, decorating and associated repairs services to the health sector, covering all building types, including but not limited to: — GP Surgeries, — walk in centres, — offices and — national hospital premises. Services including but not limited to: — painting work, painting work of buildings, — repainting work, paint stripping work, — application work of anti-corrosive coatings, — surface protection work, — decoration work, — wall-covering and wall-papering work, — application work of protective coatings, — painting work of structures and associated repairs as required. Painting, decorating and associated repairs services to the wider public sector, covering all building types, including but not limited to: — blue light buildings (ambulance, fire and rescue, police, prisons), — offices, — town halls, — civic centres, — libraries, — local authority buildings, — leisure and sport sector buildings (sport pavilions, sport halls and leisure centres). Services including but not limited to: — painting work, — painting work of buildings, — repainting work, — paint stripping work, — application work of anti-corrosive coatings, — surface protection work, — decoration work, — wall-covering and wall-papering work, — application work of protective coatings, — painting work of structures and associated repairs as required.
